Adjustment of Status - I-485

Good Morning Guys.

Nationality: italian
Chicago - PD April 2018

-05/03/2018: We accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. Our National Benefits Center location is working on your case.

-05/31/2018: We are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, for an interview.

-01/22/2019: We scheduled an interview for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.

-02/27/2019: Interview

.....didn't receive any notice any update...
-sent a lot of inquiries "why your case is taking longer than our processing time"(USCIS customer service always said that my case is following the regular processing time, they also told me that I will have to take a second interview just need to wait the notice= GUYS USCIS is clueless)
-scheduled a call back from an officer (nobody called me after couple weeks I just received an e-mail saying that i don't meet the criteria for a call back/info-pass)

still no up dates, no approval and no notice...until today when i saw that my status online changed.

"On August 27, 2019, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSC...., and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address"

Guys stay positive (I know it s hard but don't let the bad thoughts to eat you inside), and don't let USCIS customer service to put down your hopes (they don't even know the processing time sending you to the web site which is never accurate and up dated)
