This process is exhausting and frustrating. My PD is May 15 2019 and I haven’t received a notice with a biometric appointment date. I called made two service request the second one I got a response saying my case is within the processing time. What baffles me is someone with a priority date after me already did their biometric and case is scheduled for interview.
