We had our interview 08/26/2019 at NYC Federal Building. My husband has a F1 visa and this is a sponsor based GC application. We had employment certifications recently.
The interview took almost 20 min. The officer asked our renewed medical examination, tax returns, and employment letter from our sponsor. We had everthing that the immigration requested. Our file was really good, no missing document but we got no response. We were little bit upset because we thought our case would be approved on the spot.
No update yet..
This is really an exhasting process `to wait`. Is there anybody around has similar story around?
