silent reader for a while, decided to post my timeline - sorry if i dont have the lingo right
This is for a marriage based i485 + i130, and EAD - im in Los Angeles but package was mailed to Chicago.
PD: February 7th
Biometrics: completed about a month later
Realized I forgot my EAD application so I sent those in March 14th (received)
Since then....nothing. I just put in a SR for the EAD but from what Im reading that doesn't really help.If they still don't approve my EAD, is it worth it to expedite? what more can I do? Im very anxious to go home to visit my family, start working etc.
Also, when should i schedule my medical examination? Is this something you need before the interview?
Anyone else in LA have a similar timeline? It sounds like some cases move fast and others go on for 2 years...pretty scary.
