Hey guys so on this August 13 I suuposed to have an interview but they said they haven’t received my case file to their office Sacramento, CA. they said they will let me know the reschedule date once they got my file. So I had to call my lawyer regarding this he said they are lying, the interviewer who supposed to take my interview he must me on his leave, they dont want to tell you this thats why they said like that, give them two weeks you will receive a letter. It has been two weeks so my question is Can i call to Sacramento uscis office and ask them whats going on my case? Can I do that?
