Hi everyone..My H1B visa application was in administrative processing since May 5th. Fortunately my visa is approved last week. I was not working for the last 4 months as my client don't agree working out of Country but they are holding my contract. I am traveling back to US on Sep 2nd. My question is that if the officer at the port of entry asks me why there is four months delay, can I say about my admin processing? Or if I say that will it cause any trouble? What would be the best way to answer that question. Appreciate your help!
