I have a situation where I have to help myself! however since there is not much information about my concern, I have to share something with you.
I am planing to get married, I live in the U.S, I have a Green Card, got it from the first marriage which was in 2016, but now my fiancee lives overseas, she has a visa and goes back and forth. I was wondering how possible is to file an application for her so she could also get a Green Card? Some people say that you have to wait at least 5 years in order to do the procedure over again, some say you have to provide the documentations what is the reason that you got divorced and in a short period of time you're getting married, I'm not quite sure if thats even a thing, but I have to do something. if you guys can give me an advise, any suggestions, any type of help, I will appreciate it!
