Hi! I’ve been a silent reader and I think it’s time for me to share my experience. This forum help me a lot to ease my anxiety and longer my patience in this battle of waiting.
I came here in the US with a K-1 visa and then got married to my fiancée a USC who petitioned me and here is my timeline
April 1,2019 - Package sent visa FedEx (I-485, I-756, I-131)
April 3, 2019- USCIS received my application; finger print fee was received
May 16, 2019- Biometric Schedule
May 17, 2019 - Ready for schedule for interview
Radio silent..........
August 8, 2019 - Interview was scheduled
August 15, 2019- Received the I-797 notice of action (interview letter)
August 29, 2019 - New card is being produced for I-765(EAD)
My interview schedule will be on September 13,2019
N.B.(We filed everything on our own with the guidance of an immigration specialist)
All i can say is that, just keep yourself busy, do not overthink. There’s a perfect timing for everything. And the most important thing is don’t forget to pray. God bless everyone.
