RFE after receiving GC <<<IMPORTANT>>
Hello friends, I have a strange situation,
My background:
I came to USA on F1 visa in 2006 and then H1b visa (2008 -2019 ). I got my conditional GC through my spouse on 8/23/2019( I-485 approval notice ).
Today 8/30/2019, I received Greencard by mail valid from 8/23/2019 to 8/23/2021. I also received RFE (dated 8/28/2019) by mail today. I am not sure why I received RFE after I got my GC.
RFE: After my masters in 2008, I got my H1B through Company A I worked at their office they paid me for 2018 but not in 2019 as they kept saying the they are waiting on big project and will pay once they get it, I was tired of false promise and I changed my employer. in 2010. the RFE states I am beneficiary of the fraud that my then employer committed, in-fact I consider myself as victim. and I did not know then that this will have impact on my future .
I am not sure how to respond to this RFE, I have reached out to my attorney would like to know anyone of you faced similar issue.
RFE says, your response is needed to make a decision but the decision is already made and I have my GC in hand.
