Hi All,
I am going to India and planning to go for H1B re-stamping for myself and H4 re-stamping for my wife. We are planning to go for interview together
I am facing a problem that while booking the visa appointment date, when I click on the available date then it does not confirm the appointment, instead it says that the date selected is not available. I do not understand that why does it show me the date as available at first place if later it has to return an error saying it is not available.
I contacted VFS folks but seems like they dont do anything about appointment booking, so they are no of much help.
I am eligible for emergency category booking but I am not sure if I should choose emergency booking option.
I have 2 questions:
a. Anyone faced this issue ? If yes, then do you know what I should do to fix it.
b. Anyone has experience with emergency booking option ? Is it advisable to go for it even though I am eligible for it.
