I have been calling cos I still have not received my i765. Several service requests were raised but I got no response. August 14, I called again and was told my case was being reviewed. August 30 I called and asked to speak with a level 2 officer and was told my case has been on hold since December 2018.
I’m confused cos I got a mail for additional evidence in May 2019.
Please anyone with similar experience? Any suggestions on what to do?? Plsss
