Hi All ,
Does anyone have a pending I-485 gone for bio-metrics and also have a NTA filed and a pending court date? Just wanted information on anyone who has gone through this type process. I am married almost 3 years to a 20 yr U.S veteran he is born and bred in Alabama. I am from South Africa we met in 2010 got married in 2016 and have been going through this process since 2016 Denial , Nta , Extra information etc etc
We do have a approved I-30 that we waited 7 months for after filing it in 2017 a few months after getting married and once we got that approval we applied for everything else.
So I am at a current stage where I have gone for bio-metrics and nothing further and also waiting on my court date.
Hope someone has some insight.
