Can arrests affect your green card interview
So my interview for marriage based GC is schedule Sep 18. My question to anyone who has gone through the interview with previous arrests.
I was arrested on 2014 for suspended license, and on 2015 for shoplifting. Judge only gave me 2 days community service and later dismissed both cases. So do you guys think I will face a long review delay after interview???
I am scheduled at 26 Federal Plaza and I am a little concerned that they’ll question me intensively about being arrested. Any input is appreciated.
