Hey guys,
I am curious to hear your opinion. There is a immigration lawyer blogger, lexlaw or something, he is on YouTube, and he was talking about uscis processing time and he said that those estimates are not correct, meaning that uscis can pick and chose which application to process faster depending on the home country of the applicant. Do you think it may be true? This lawyer said that uscis prefers or favors applicants from some countries and doesn’t like applicants from other countries. I think it sounds crazy and I can’t really understand which countries would be considered more favorable.
