sr; august 2 after waiting and out of processing time I started to chat with Emma and tier one officer. they were nice but offer no new but told me to wait fo 30 days then after 30 days things start to change
card ordered on the 30th
processing finger print on the 31th of August
crd mailed out on the 4th
so December filer do not lose hope my sure they working on it.
