PD- 15th march
Receipt notice - 8th april
Bio notice 9th april
Bio matrices - 19th apirl
ready for interview 1st june
interview was scheduled 12th july
Received letter for interview on 19th july ( interview on 27th aug )
Raised SR on 11th aug for EAD and AP ( never assigned to anyone till date , nor this matter anymore )
Received RFE for AP ( i131 ) to show physical presence in US on 21st aug , ignored it as my interview was in 6 days
27th aug .. interview
Interview was at 12 but reached 1hr early , called for interview at 11.30 ( 30 mins before ) , IO was very nice just asked basic questions like
how we met
whats my wife dob
whats her full name
how long u guys dating
and ofcouse lot of yes no questions from i485
he loved the photo album we had.. he took 5 pics from album and below
her bank statement
mine bank statement
joint bank statement
affidavit of rent agreement
her pay stubs with same address
then he said will run finger prints in various data base and if nothing comes up he will approve it today .
28th aug card is printing i 485
30th aug i130 approved and card is shipped
5th sept card received at lawyer office and picked from there same day .
