Travelling with conditional green card
so i received my green card (2 yr Conditional GC through marriage) last June and i am planning to go on a vacation to philippines this oct-dec. My husband will also go to the PH and meet me but due to his work sched he could only be there first week until last week of Nov. Is it gonna be a problem for me if i go back in the US by myself on Dec? Is it gonna be a problem if i overstayed before i got my GC and worked illegally or was it forgiven when they gave me a GC?
