travel with h1b while AOS Pending
When i applied for AOS marriage based, (Filed i-485, i-130, i-765 and i-131.), I was a F1 student on post completion OPT (Jan 2019).
8 months later, I have not yet received my EAD card or AP, even though I tried expedite and SR, nothing has worked.
In the mean time I have received an H1b visa fortunately so I was able to continue working when my OPT expired in May 2019.
Question: If I travel now using H1b visa will it be as if I abandoned my AOS application? Will it have any negative impact whatsoever on my open apps? Should I keep waiting for EAD/AP combo card to travel?
