LA interview
Is there any marriage based LA filer that was interviewed in LA Downtown in July or August?
We had a very negative interview experience end of July.
Had all documentation together, lawyer accompanied, we didn’t get separated.
Female officer was unprofessional in several ways, interview took for more than two hours. Due to the nature of unprofessionalism (discrimination) I’ll file a complaint.
Timeline:
2018 early summer marriage
2018 early summer filing
2018 fall fingerprint
2019 spring work permit never arrived got stolen, got SSN
2019 spring interview has been scheduled
2019 end of July interview
Status still interview was scheduled. Until the interview everything went as it supposed to, however the interview itself was unacceptable if we take a look at the official USCIS interview guidelines.
Please let me know if you have similar experience by any chance.
