Can I apply for i-485 with pending I 130?
My wife is a US permanent resident who applied I-130 for me (I am with F1 student visa) on July 2016. Due to state change issue, the application takes longer than the usual. Currently I-130 application is queued for interview (Dallas-USCIS office). My priority date is current now.
1. Can I apply for I 485 with pending I-130?
2. How long will it take to get work permit (EAD) or AP ?
3. Can I merge the I 485 application with I 130 application?
I am more concerned about getting Work Permit, since I am living a hardship life.
