Can I apply OPT-EAD while family based i485 is processing?
I am a student with F1 visa (PhD Student) and my wife is a permanent resident who filed i-130 for me. Priority date is current.
I have a job offer from January 2020. I am planning to apply for family based i485,i765,i131 in this September 2019. I heard that i485-EAD takes around 6 month.That's why I want to apply for OPT-EAD , so that I can get the OPT-EAD within December 2019 and start job from January 2020.
Will it be okay to apply for i-485 and opt-EAD on the same month? If not, is there any other way?
