Hi, I'm on F1 married to a USC. My first question is, does he need to file form i864 to support me financially since I am already in the US? And secondly, we filled our taxes jointly last year, does it mean I have to file with him as a co-sponsor? Like is it possible to be a co-sponsor for my visa?
