DACA First filed 2015. -
Advanced Parole with DACA 12/01/2016
Renewed Daca 2019.
AOS Timeline:
12/10/2018 Filed AOS - i-131, i-765, I-130, i-485
12/18/2018 - Received Receipts for All apps.
01/21/2019 - Biometrics for AOS
01/25/2019 - DACA RENEWED (DIFFERENT PROCESS)
06/26/2019 - INTERVIEW IS READY TO BE SCHEDULED
08/13/2019 - AOS (EAD) 765 Approved
09/12/2019 - I-131 travel doc was DENIED do to me having been in removal proceeding back in 2013.
09/16/19 - Interview Scheduled
So as of now, I am waiting for the paper that has the date for the interview. I was bumbed out that I didnt get my
I-131 approved and then a few days after, BOOM!
We are very excited, 23yrs in the making. Haven't been back to my home country since I left in 1994.... Sooo happy! Just be patient guys!
