I and my husband married in 2016, but not filed paper work and submitted until 08/2018. Will this affect our case/ interview?
Also, on 9/19 I received interview cancellation notice, even though they never scheduled me. On the same day, another notice of as of august 19, case is ready to be interview. I havent heard anything since then and my work permit will be expired on 01/2020. Can i renew my work permit 3 months before hand?
Im getting really frustrated cause I have been waiting for a year now. Has anyone waited as long as me?
And Has anyone experienced the same thing or in the same situation? I need some advises. Thank you!
