Divorse with pending i485
Hi guys, my husband and I are going through very difficult times, he works in boston and a couple months ago I found out he is cheating on me with some one over there. I'm in New York and he would usually come home on the weekends. Ever since I found out about his cheating ,he barely comes home anymore, and it seems like our marriage is headed straight for a divorse. He filed for me in 2017, we had our first interview in 2017, we never heard back from immigration since then. I did a couple service request an they responded saying they're waiting to schedule us for a second interview. Now that we're getting a divorse, what's going to happen with my application?? Can I withdraw my application with Hope's of adjusting status in the future with someone else??? If anyone has ever been in this situation, can you please respond with any advice. THANKS!!!!
