Queens Field Office Filers
Hi guys,
Anyone here assigned to Queens NY field office? Marriage based.
My RD is 04/19, filed I-130, I-485 and I-765 and it had moved pretty fast until August. My biometrics was on May 15th.
In 08/02, I received notice that my case was ready for Interview schedule. Another update on the 5th that I had been scheduled for interview. I received the notice that interview was scheduled for the 12th of September.
On the 7th, I checked online and saw that they had cancelled the interview:
On August 7, 2019, we cancelled your interview for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxxxx, and mailed you a cancellation notice. We will notify you by mail if the appointment is rescheduled, a decision is made, or if we need something from you.
Did anyone else get this? If so, did you get your rescheduled notice as yet?
Trying to figure out how and why they scheduled me and gave a date just to cancel it a couple of days later.
