Delay in biometrics and No EAD for i485
Hello Guys,
I was on my F1 visa and got married this year. So we filled in May for i485, EAD, travel etc. My nearest office is Orlando, FL.
I received my receipt on May 14, 2019 and for another 3 months I didn’t receive any update, therefore I called for service request and after almost 4 months of receiving receipt, I got my biometrics on September 11, 2019. The last update I got was on September 18, 2019 regarding my file is “ready to be scheduled for an Interview”.
Looking at the Florida time process for. I485 is from 11.5 months to 26 months, do you think my process is gonna be excessive late?
When do you think I should expect my interview to be scheduled?
How much longer it can take? Has anybody been through same situation as me?
