Hello guys. My I-130 starts with WAC and was filled while my spouse was a permanent resident back in 2017, since she became an American citizen we filed for I-435 in 2018 July, and that case starts with MSC. I was not approved on spot just because my I-130 is still open. Anyone with similar situation like mine ?
