Will USCIS deny my AOS application?
Hi guys,
I just wanted to see if anyone else has the same experience. I'm doing AoS right now. My sponsor has a household of 5 (including me) and according to I-864P, the 125% threshold for a family of 5 is $37,712.00. My sponsors income is $38,900.00.
Is there a chance that USCIS might deny the AoS cause the income is not that far from the 125% threshold? Or am I just panicking? Please confirm and share your experience.
