filled April 25 i485, i765, i131,i130 with a lawyer
May 23: case received by uscis
no update until
July 16: RFE ( birth certificate) really????? i did provide my birth certificate when i was filling i assumed they misplaced it.
july 18: sent birth certificate
August 19: RFE response received by USCIS
August 24: got a letter in mail BIO for September 13
September 12: i sent a request to expedite my work authorization i765 as the one i had is expired sept 28 (OPT). At the same time, i sent my case to Congresswoman for Assistance. (No help from Lawyer because she doesn't see the urgency smh..)
September 13: BIO completed
September 16: expedite received, and proof of severe financial loss.
September 16: i sent a letter from my employer, car loan bill, credit card bills, rent bills everything i have to justify my case. i also called the congresswoman to give her the update and fax her all the information.
september 18: request for additional information received by USCIS.
today September 23rd: i received a mail from USCIS i am still at work but i can track it with the US postal mail tracker app. i give you more update when i get home
other than that i have got any update on others cases (i-131, i130) everything shows case received
this forum has been helpful, like for real if i knew about this i wouldn't spend my money getting a lawyer smh.
