Job Change After AOS Interview
I had my employment based AOS interview early April 2019. All went well. My PD, Nov 2017, is not current and need to wait for GC. With India EB1 retrogression I don't expect my PD to become current anytime soon.
I have a job offer in same category and want to understand risks if any in switching job at this stage in AOS processing. Do I need to inform USCIS about change (by submitting 485J or employment offer with job description) of employment as I already had my interview? Does USCIS ask to reappear for interview?
