EAD (WorkPermit)

Hello Everyone,

I've been lurking here for a bit and found it very helpful to see your experiences..thank you!

Anyways, my I-765 status was updated to "New Card Being Produced" yesterday...so I was very happy! Then today, I checked the status again and it was updated to "Fingerprint Review Completed" Is this normal? (I check the case history and it still shows "New Card Ordered" under the history and current case status as "Fingerprint Review Completed" (all on the egov website...the myuscis website case status is not up to date)

So is my card actually being produced? Or is that an error and I'm still under Fingerprint Review Completed?

My timeline is below:

Filed in San Francisco. PD: 5/20/2019

5/20/2019— Priority Date AOS marriage to USC (I-130, I-131, I-485, I-765) All filed in the same package. Online Status: Case Received.

7/19/2019—Sent 1st SR regarding lack of Biometrics Appointment (No response)

7/29/2019—Courtesy notice regarding I-693 (decided to just do this once we are scheduled for interview)

8/20/2019—Second SR sent by lawyer regarding Biometrics Appointment (No response)

8/30/2019—Biometrics Appointment received for 9/10/2011

9/6/2019—Did walk in for Biometrics at SF ASC. Completed.

9/8/2019—Online Status for I-485 changed to “Fingerprint Review Completed”

9/19/2019—Online Status for I-485 changed to “Case Ready to be scheduled for Interview”

9/20/2019—Received i-797C FOR i-765 that the biometrics I did for I-485 was sufficient and no need for additional Biometrics appointment.

9/20/2019—Received second I-693 courtesy medical notice.

9/23/2019—Online Status for I-765 changed to New Card is being produced.

9/24/2019—Online Status for I-765 updated to Fingerprint Review Completed.
