Expedite request denied i765
Today makes it exactly 273days since I filed, over nine months. No EAD, i made two service requests nothing happened. After 8.5 months I made an expedite request via emma based on financial loss to a person. Next thing I got a mail to fax job offer which was never mentioned during chat via Emma. So I sent bank statement,lease ,Insurance ,phone bills and printed out job inquries made by some employers (since i can't get job offer without EAD). So this morning i got a mail that the expedite has been denied,they said I couldn't provide evidence of emergent need. It's over nine months already since i filed. This is really unfair
