Interview - denial chances
I just had my interview. The officer asked a series of the yes/no questions , asked for evidence (I have him a huge pack of the evidence we gathered ) and then he focused on my husbands job. My husband is working for a dispensary and **** is legal in Colorado where we live . He asked me if I have ever smoked and I did not want to lie. I told him I only smoked once in his Christmas company party last February. Just once , never possessed, never bought. He made me sign a waiver for **** conviction (for my single use!) and I had to go through a testimony admitting I used it once even if it is against the federal laws . He asked me everything , how, who, how long , who gave it to me .. after this he said that he “obviously has to take everything into consideration and we are going to have an answer in 30-60 days”. In the meantime we arranged our trip to my home country in 40 days ... I don’t know what to do . I don’t know if there’s any chance my case will be approved at this point . I feel hopeless and helpless . What are the chances ? What if it is denied ? When can I reapply ? Do I have to leave the country ?

Thank you
