I am a full time employee in a company who has sponsored my H1. I will be on H1 from Oct 2011. I came to US on F1. After graduation. got a full-time job and my company sponsored my H1. I plan to go to Dec 2011 for my H1 stamping. Would this raise any concerns? Would you suggest me to travel in Dec 2011 for my H1 stamping?
