Hi everyone,
There are delays in my case and I was wondering if anyone shared the same/similar experience.
Oct 2, 2018 married to a US citizen
Oct 15, 2018 documents submitted and received by USCIS
February 12, 2018 case is ready to be scheduled for an interview
March 9, 2018 case approved for travel document & EAD card
March 15, 2018 Travel document/work authorization card received in the mail
No update since
Aug 23, 2019 contacted USCIS regarding case status and was advised that case was 100 days over normal processing time. I was advised to wait 2-4 weeks for a response from an officer.
Sept 20, 2019 4 weeks later and still have not received any updates. Called USCIS and was advised that a second request can only be put in 30 days after initial request was submitted which would be Sept 23rd.
Sept 23, 2019 second request was submitted and still nothing.
Any ideas on what could be holding my case up?
