I attended Hyd consular interview on September 20, i got h1 approved this year with COS denied.
Questions asked.
1.Who is your employer
2.Do you have end client
3.How long you were working for end client
4.Working in USA or India
5.Whats your Major
6.Have you ever been out of
Status on f1
7.expiry date of you petition
8.have you faced secondary check during your visit to us (it happened to me once and told what happened)
And she said I need to do Administrative processing and you will hear back from us in 3-5 days and kept the passport and gave white slip
With no check boxes and no case number .
Sept19- case created
Sept20- admin processing (interview date)
Sept24- case got updated but still says admin processing..
Any one faced this, is keeping passport and status update a good sign...
