after a looooooong wait, 2 SR multiple calls and Chats with agents, 1 ER faxed docs and it looks like it worked... today my case said "new Card is being produced" i'm assuming is good news after a long wait. i also send an inquiry to Ombudsman yesterday today i sent an email saying the new status of my case..
i'm being waiting since October 19, 2019...
