EAD/Parole denied
I have been at 6 lawyers. Each one says something different.
I overstayed my J1 visa for 8 years. I got EAD/advance parole in July. We are taking trip to Europe in November, because my mom is sick for long time. I am very confused with words "admitted" and "paroled". I was admitted based on my J1. I will be paroled based on AP. What if my application for GC will be denied after returning back to US lets say next year. Since I have been paroled will that mean immediate removal? Does it even make difference if it is denied if I was paroled or admitted?
1 lawyer just mixed me up so much and now I dont know if I harm myself and family if i take trip just in case my GC will be denied (family based, not spouse so who knows).
Anyone has same experience or is here anyone whose GC were denied? What happened then?
