Question about L1 Visa Stamping from Canada
Hi,
We are planning to apply for L1 visa extension stamping from Canada.(hoping to get an appointment date in Feb 2020)
Our Current Visa is valid until Apr 2020.
Someone advised that at the Consulate office, at the first counter the current visa will be cancelled first and then if we clear the interview (at the other counter) the new visa would be granted.
Can someone please confirm if this information is correct?
We are worried if we lose the current visa and the extension is denied then we wont be able to enter US again.
