H1B, H4 Visa

Hi,
Background:
I have my H1 approved on feb 2018, and i did not work under that employer, I am studying my second masters and later applied transfer and h1b change of status (cos) in Aug 2018 which got denied in November 2018, After i continued my masters until feb due to some emergency i travelled back to India and reapplied for cos which got approved in jul 2019 but since my f1 is valid and i was continuing my second masters i tried to re enter states with my travel i20 which they stopped saying once your cos is denied your f1 was also not valid, i have voluntarily withdrawn my f1 and came back to India, later after my previous client is willing to take me back and my h1 got approved
I have attended H1b stamping on 24 of sep 2019,

vo: interesting your application needs administrative processing, and issued me 221g white form, gave my passport back and asked for my vendor and employer letters

anyone on same boat, please help me in understanding this process and whats the timeline for this process?
