Married to us citizen for over 2 years.
Submitted documents on May 14, 2019.
Received RFE(need extra details for sponsor) on july 19, 2019
Bio metrics done on September 24, 2019.
on Sept 25th 2019, I-485 case status has been updated as completed review of finger prints and are working on i-485 at our national benefit center location. we will let you know if we make a decision or need anything from you.
But the case status on I-130, I-785 it still says the same as it did before," we received documents on May 14,2019. we have sent you a receipt notice.
What does it means? Is it normal that case status change on I-485 form and other two remains the same.
I haven't submitted my RFE yet. do they still process my file for the interview or just wait till the RFE to receive and then move forward with my case?
