Received 221G and asked to submit I797/I129/cover-letter/LCA/client letter and contract
Docs submitted - 10/02/2019
Now waiting for reply back.
I had to come to India for personal reason after 2.5 years of extension approval. I was working under approved I94. Went for visa interview and received blue slip 221G. And asked above docs to be submitted via email. My main concern is my designation and salary are different in petition/ LCA approved and my latest client letter and ds160.. My employer said filing for amendment is not necessary as SOC code did not change and responsibilities are same. does anyone think this can cause denial?
