me and my wife went for interview which went well ,but was on review, I got a letter after 1month to reply with a proof of my previous Divorce decree ,I did sent the copy I had with me to them ,but I was shocked my Case was still Denied. I have been married for 3yrs
This was the letter that was sent to me (u must provide the following info in order for us to make a final decision on your case .Submit proof that the marriage of ///// and /////legally eded.such proof would normally be final (absolute )decree or certificate or annulment etc for immigration purpose ,this evidence must have been registered with the govt agency authorized to register such document and must be certified document )the divorce was done in TN and I live and remarried in Houston TX. but I am yet to receive the letter of denial to know the reason for the denial.
