Hi,
I had my i485 interview (marriage based) one week ago. I got the white paper “case held for review”. My status is still at “Interview was scheduled”. The interviewer did not give me how long it would take to review my case; he said he need to run background check on me.
Im in NYC. Could anyone already have your review and let me know the expectation?
