Hi every one,
I'm so mad because received notice of administrative closure for my I-485 from my marriage. I'm in removal processing for my asylum case. The letter says the immigration judge has jurisdiction to grant or deny a form I-485 if the adjustment applicant is in removal proceeding before U.S department of Justice. I'm so mad I even can not terminate my case, the notice mentioned that you are not an arriving alien because I was admitted as K1 visa that not related to my current marriage. I have an attorney and my next asylum court is the end of this month. Please share if anybody has the same experience .
