In Feb-2019, completed my i485 Interview and waiting for Green Card. I am having valid EAD & AP.
My PD is October 2017.
1. Due to unforced situation, if we move out of USA (before receiving Green Card),
a. Whether it would make any impact on my GC process ?
b. During my out of country (USA) stay if GC got processed,
whether we can come back to USA with our valid EAD & AP and utilize GC ?
c. Before moving out of country (USA), can we take Infopass appointment and get stamping in Passport ?
Any inputs would be helpful.
