I wanted to post my timeline for others who were in the same boat as me.
Marriage Based GC , NBC
PD: 03/18/2019
FingerPrint Review Completed: Aug 8th
Status Change: New Card Being Produced on Oct 4th
I placed 4 service requests both through the USCIS Contact Centre and Emma. I did not receive any reply for any of those service requests.
If your application is taking longer, i would recommend to keep placing service requests as they might lead to your case receive traction.
