Adjustment of Status - I-485

Timeline :
July 19th, 2019 : Married to US citizens
September 5th, 2019 : Package was sent ( I-485, I-130 & I-765 )
September 6th, 2019 : Package was received
September 20th, 2019 : Biometrics appt notice
October 1st, 2019 : Biometrics appointment

I am very concerned about bias! Because USCIS officers have the freedom to use their discretion when granting or denying green card applications. My husband and I are worried about getting a biased officer who is anti LGBTQ. We are also not out to our families, I am coming from a Muslim family and my in laws are conservative Chinese/Vietnamese. It is very difficult or almost impossible for us to come out.
Anyone here knows how Same sex couples interviews are being conducted?

Even though it is still early, yet I’ve already gathered some of the evidence to proof the Bona Fide of the marriage;

* Health care insurance confirmation letter showing the policy holder & the dependent
* Health care insurance card
* Dental insurance
* Joint Bank account statements
* Two medical bills, showing my husband & I are the policy holder & the dependent
* My husband and I are listing each other as beneficiaries of our 401k, life insurance and other retirement plans
* We are newly married, we are willing to file taxes jointly.
* Four notarized letters of support
* Septa key card account
* Two Bus reservations to NYC made under my name and forwarded to my husband’s email on 2017 & 2018
* Photo book ( trips, outing, friends, holidays, birthdays, few with family )
* SHEN YUN show tickets
* Calls log; randomly picked from 2017,2018,2019
* Texts log; three short conversations
* Netflix account with both names
* Junk/random mail for proof of address
