Adjustment of Status - I-485

I had the interview at brooklyn field office Sep 24th, the officer was nice and we sworn in, he took my fingerprint and picture again, and ask a few basic question like whats my birthday, whats my husbands birthday, he kept all the copies for bank statements/credit cards statements and the I612,130,J-2019,,edc. He went through the wedding pictures and the family pictures and addressed the person in the pictures, then he gave me the paper said I need wait for up to 120 days when they get the final decision or request more evidence. This morning my case change to : interview was completed and my case must be reviewed. Is this a stand process now? how long do I have to wait usually? Its been 12 days, and nothing happened yet, I am kindly worried------
